Pink Lemonade Cupcakes

Spring is Here…

What says SPRING more than Pink Lemonade Cupcakes?  All you need are a few ingredients and some beautiful weather to enjoy.

Shopping List

1 Box of Betty Crocker Lemon Cake Mix

1 Box of Lemon Jell-O Instant Pudding

1 Container of Pillsbury Pink Lemonade Frosting

Directions

Just follow the directions on the Cake Box & add in the Jell-O Mix…the Jell-O makes the cupcakes super moist.

Use the sweet Ziploc bag trick to fill your cupcake pan.  

Trick: Use a Ziploc Sandwich bag and fill it with batter...then cut the end off to fill your cupcake liners!
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Use the sweet Ziploc bag trick again to frost your cakes after they cool. Add a sprinkle of sugar!
